Return & Exchange Policy
1. Damaged or Defective Products
If any product(s) received is damaged or defective, please contact our Customer Service within 7 calendar days of receipt.

Please provide your order number, photos of the affected product(s), and shipping details for verification. We will require more related shipping and delivery issues and more detailed inquiries.
2. Valid Reasons for Exchange
You may request an exchange if:

The product(s) received is different type from your order.
3. Not Eligible for Exchange

Exchanges will not be accepted for personal taste preferences or unreasonable complaints.
Our products are freshly made to order, 0 sugar, no additives. Each formula has a unique flavor profile depending on its ingredients. For example, some may love the nutty aroma of almonds while others find it too strong , some may love pure but some may love sweetness .For instances, our Ba Zhen Multigrain Powder has a more pronounced herbal taste — not everyone may enjoy it, but it is truly nourishing high wellness, pure , 0 sugar / addictives -
All products undergo strict QC checks before shipment. We insist on no sugar, no additives, no artificial flavoring, even if this means the taste is less “pleasing.”

Placing an order indicates your agreement to our handmade production process.
4. Return Conditions
Products must be returned in their original condition, quantity, and packaging, together with proof of purchase.
5. Exclusions

Clearance or special-offer items, or free gifts.
6. Other Terms

Once an order has been confirmed and paid, it cannot be changed, canceled, or refunded due to personal reasons.

Exchanges requested after 7 calendar days of receipt will not be accepted.

Yuenxi Heal reserves the right to refuse exchanges that do not meet policy guidelines, and to amend or cancel orders at our discretion.
退换货政策

因个人口味偏好或不合理投诉提出的换货申请
我们的产品均为现订新鲜现磨,0糖、无添加,坚持不囤货。不同配方因食材特性,味道会有所差异。例如,有人喜欢杏仁的坚果香气,有人不喜欢杏仁味道,口味因人而异,每个人口味轻重不一样;比如健脾八珍粉药材味较浓,不是人人喜欢,但它确实滋补纯粹、实实在在0添加高食养价值高。 -
我们坚持不用香精、防腐剂来“讨好味蕾”,只做真材实料的药食同源产品。我们不走捷径的那条路:只做现磨谷粉 + 药食同源配方 + 真材实料,自己每天都在吃的养生食品。如果因为个人口味不合就退款,不仅会影响市场秩序,也会让我们在“无添加”的坚持上受到挑战。

所有产品在发货前均经过严格 QC 检查。即使味道不是“讨喜”,我们也要保留最真实的养生价值。

4. 退换货条件
退换产品必须保持原有状态、数量和包装,并附上购买凭证。
5. 不接受换货的情况

因个人因素造成的产品损坏;

特价/清仓产品(有效期已标注)或赠品。
6. 其他条款

订单一旦确认付款,因个人原因不可更改、取消或退款;

超过收货后7天提出的换货申请将不予受理;

收到退回产品后,我们需要 7–10个工作日 完成换货处理;
