Production & Shipping
✅ All products are freshly made-to-order, with 0 sugar and no additives. To maintain the highest quality and freshness, we do not pre-produce or keep long-term stock. Quality and freshness are the core spirit of our brand ❤️. Please refer to product descriptions for ingredient details.
✅ Upon payment, orders are shipped within 7–10 working days (excluding weekends & public holidays when our office and production are closed).
✅ Orders are processed strictly in sequence. Once shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number.

💌 All orders are handcrafted upon purchase (no pre-made stock). Placing an order indicates your agreement to our handmade production process.
💌 Every order is prepared fresh in queue and shipped progressively. Thank you for your patience & support ❤️

生产与发货
✅ 所有产品均为现订新鲜现磨，0糖无添加，坚持不囤货，确保与我们的品牌核心理念一致：最高品质与新鲜度（（❌ 不是提前做好存放、❌ 也不是久放后才寄出哦）
✅ 付款后，订单将在付款后 7–10个工作日 内发出（周末及公共假期不生产/不发货）
✅ 订单严格按照下单顺序依次处理。发货后，您将收到附带快递单号的邮件。
